How to Add a Signature to Your E-mail

Adding a signature to your e-mails can really help us by spreading the word to all your friends, we have written instructions on how to do this for both Outlook and Outlook Express. Thanks for all your help.

Using Outlook

  1. Select Options from the Tools menu to display the following dialog:
  2. Click the Mail Format tab, then click the Signature Picker button
  3. Click New and, from the resulting dialog, type a title for the signature ("DigiGuide Signature") for example and click Next (leaving the Start with a blank signature option selected)
  4. Select one of the texts below and press Ctrl+C to copy it the clipboard:
  5. Then, on the Edit Signature dialog, click in the empty box and press Ctrl+V to paste the text:
  6. Click Finish, then OK and OK again.

Using Outlook Express

  1. Select Options from the Tools menu

  2. Click the Signatures tab
  3. Click the New button
  4. Select one of the texts below and press Ctrl+C to copy it the clipboard:
  5. Click onto the Edit Signature box and press Ctrl+V to paste the text
  6. Then click OK to successfully add your signature
